Don’t Wait Months for Neurology Care

Neurologist appointment MN – Be Seen Sooner at MCN

Waiting is the Worst

Imagine being told you need a neurologist… and then learning the first available appointment is six months away.

That’s the reality for many patients in the Twin Cities—and it’s one we believe shouldn’t exist.

At the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology (MCN), we’re changing the experience. We have appointments available within two months at multiple locations across the metro—and we’re currently accepting new referrals.

Did you know?

  • You don’t need to settle for a waitlist.
  • You can ask to be referred to MCN.

Why Wait Times Matter in Neurology

When it comes to neurologic conditions like multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, migraines, or memory loss, timely care is critical. Delays can lead to worsening symptoms, uncertainty, or unnecessary stress.

Yet across the region, it’s common for patients to face wait times of 6 to 9 months—sometimes even longer—for their first neurology appointment.

At MCN, we’ve made access a priority by our care team so patients can be seen sooner—and receive the neurologic care they need without waiting months.

You Have a Choice in Where You’re Referred

We know there’s confusion around how to get seen. Here’s what’s important:

  • MCN is a specialty clinic, which means we can only schedule patients who have a referral from another provider. (In most cases)
  • New to MCN? Just ask your primary care provider for a referral—then we’ll take it from there.
  • Your primary care provider (PCP) or any referring provider can send the referral. Just ask.

We’ve even created a short downloadable guide to help you have the conversation at your next appointment:
