Jessica Piché, M.D., completed her undergraduate studies at Augustana University. She later pursued her passion for medicine at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. After completing medical school, Dr. Piché continued her training with a rigorous residency program at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Piché’s grandmother was diagnosed with MS, and this familial connection sparked her interest and commitment to the field. In response, she actively engaged with the MS Society, participating in their national bike ride for several years. This involvement further ignited her passion for understanding the complexities of the disease.

Over time, Dr. Piché witnessed significant advancements and breakthroughs in MS research. Motivated by her family’s connection to MS and her enthusiasm for the evolving landscape of neurology, she pursued and completed a fellowship in the management of multiple sclerosis. Her goal is to provide dedicated care to patients, like her grandmother, who is navigating the challenges of this neurological condition.

Beyond her responsibilities in the medical field, Dr. Piché enjoys an active lifestyle which includes taking walks with her dog, going for bike rides, and occasionally indulging in a game of tennis–with pickleball on the horizon. The rest of her free time is dedicated to playing with her little one. And an intriguing tidbit about Dr. Piché: she has an identical twin.

When it comes to staying healthy, she believes that small treats shouldn’t be entirely off the menu. Dr. Piché emphasizes the importance of a balanced approach to wellness, advocating for a diet rich in nutritious, colorful foods to fuel the body’s energy needs. Additionally, she recognizes the significance of restorative sleep, emphasizing its role in overall health, mood, and well-being. Dr. Piché strives to maintain a diverse diet, prioritize ample sleep, and engage in daily physical activity to support her holistic approach to health.

Dr. Piché’s decision to become a part of Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology was driven by its reputation in the Twin Cities as a well-functioning private practice group known for delivering top-notch care.
