Rachel Fine, PT, is a physical therapist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in the treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, gait and balance impairments, and dizziness.
Rachel chose to work at the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology because of its focus on neurological care and the opportunity to work with this specialized patient population. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their independence and quality of life through movement, education, and personalized care.
She chose physical therapy as a career because it allows her to support patients through education, encouragement, and guidance. Rachel enjoys working closely with patients to help them build confidence, improve function, and navigate the challenges that come with neurological conditions.
Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University and her physical therapy degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
She holds a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist (MSCS) certification.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, attending her children’s activities and sports, running, biking, and traveling. She was born and raised in New Jersey and is married with one daughter and one son.
Her approach to health focuses on making movement realistic and sustainable. She encourages patients to stay active in ways they enjoy, even if it’s just 10–15 minutes a day, emphasizing that small, consistent efforts can improve both physical health and stress levels.
