Dr. Christina Heringlake Jaspers is a board-certified neurologist with more than a decade of experience caring for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. She is passionate about providing personalized, patient-centered care and helping patients navigate complex neurological concerns.

Dr. Heringlake Jaspers chose to join the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology because of its commitment to exceptional, individualized patient care and its supportive culture. She values being part of an organization that prioritizes both patients and employees.

She was drawn to neurology during medical school, where it quickly became her favorite area of study. The field’s constant evolution and ongoing discoveries about the brain and nervous system continue to inspire her. She enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and treating neurological conditions while helping patients better understand their health.

One patient experience that stands out involved helping a patient with difficult-to-control seizures. Through years of collaboration, communication, and persistence, Dr. Heringlake Jaspers worked closely with the patient and family to find the right treatment regimen. The experience reinforced the importance of partnership and individualized care in achieving positive outcomes.

Dr. Heringlake Jaspers earned her medical degree from St. George’s University and completed her residency training at the University of Minnesota.

She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.

Outside of work, Dr. Heringlake Jaspers enjoys running, spending time with her family, and being with her dogs. She also enjoys crossword puzzles and true crime.

Her approach to health focuses on balance. She encourages regular exercise, a consistent sleep schedule, and moderation in daily habits to support overall wellness.
