Patient Testimonials
Each person who worked with me was extremely helpful, informative, kind and professional. I am very appreciative to have Dr. Yu Zhao as my Neurologist. She is thorough, professional yet friendly and takes sufficient time with me. Dr. Zhao is very thorough and professional as well as caring and kind. She always explains what she finds after testing my eyes. She has given me good tips and advice on how to help myself. She is sincere and kind and really cares about her patients. I saw Dr. Zhao for an initial visit and she was very thorough, professional and kind. I felt that she has many ideas in her head that she wants to explore and that it will take some testing and follow-up to arrive at any conclusions. She did explain that the very mild changes on my brain MRI that had worried me were completely normal given my age. I am also have trouble with my eyes and on the next visit she will examine my eyes since we didn’t have time on the initial visit. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Zhao and am glad to have her as my doctor. I waited 2.5 months to get in to see her. Dr Zhao is very knowledgeable. She has great bedside manner. I felt very comfortable to address all my concerns. She didn’t hurry through the appointment, but rather took time to review necessary/related information already in my records and then for my examination following with tests. She answered all my ‘long list’ questions. I left her office confident I had a good treatment plan and in good care. Dr Zhao is very knowledgeable….and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my many questions and answered them on a level that made sense to me….she then gave a detailed plan to follow for further testing with other specialists. Her staff reminds me when it is time to return. She is a treasure in a specialized field… and I’m fortunate to be her patient. Dr. Zhao was very good and explained every thing to me.
