DeAnna Phan, CNP recently acquired her Masters of Science in Nursing degree with specialization in Adult-Gerontology at St. Catherine University in 2022. From being a Certified Medical Assistant to a Registered Nurse, she has extensive experience in the medical field, caring for patients under different areas of medicine.

DeAnna took the medical field route because of her desire to help those who are in need–she finds joy in “…working in collaboration with patients and families to help them reach their goals.” She is now exploring the area of neurology because of its challenging and rewarding nature, along with personal family reasons. She chose to work with the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology because of how the organization’s philosophy is aligned with hers, which was reflected during her interviews.

When not in the medical facilities working with patients, DeAnna unwinds by going on hunting and fishing with her loved ones. She believes in starting with small goals which make the bigger ones more attainable when it comes to maintaining a holistically healthy lifestyle. She also finds having a good support system to be another essential component in achieving overall well-being.
