Practice Focus
Stroke care is complex and does not stop when a patient is discharged from the hospital. We offer comprehensive follow-up for Stroke care, and focus on prevention through health and wellness.
Your care in my clinic includes review of all medical records from the hospital, including imaging and laboratory data. I will order further testing that will help us discover the possible reason for the Stroke, so we may work together towards recovery and prevention. Ultimately, my goal is for my patients to understand the cause of their Stroke so they can avoid recurrent illness and to continue recovery. I will also help to improve overall health that will further aid in the recovery.
I will approach your care with you in a holistic way. About 70% of all strokes are related to lifestyle choices. Many diseases that ultimately lead to stroke are related to how we live and what we eat. I firmly believe that we need to address lifestyle, nutrition and medical therapy to maximize your success at recovery and prevention.

Patient Testimonials
Dr. Zubkov saved my life in 2016. His fast acting response to my situation was awesome, and my appointments after my surgery were always informational and compassionate. Hes a great doctor and I recommend him to anyone needing neurological care. 200I recommend Dr. Zubkov to many people. Dr. Zubkov is an amazing and knowledgeable physician. You can tell he truly cares and is invested in his patients. Dr. Zubkov and his team are amazing! From the time you walk in the door to follow up they do a remarkable job. I had a previous neurologist and am so glad I switched to this office. Dr. Zubkov was extremely knowledgeable, insightful, and professional. He took the time to carefully explain all aspects of my go-forward health care plan to the degree of my understanding. Very impressed!! Felt the doctor and staff were highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely respectful and professional. Thank you for making an anxiety provoking appointment just the opposite. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Dr. Zubkov! He’s gotten me very excited with a new plan for healthy living! I’m already feeling like a new person! Dr. Zubkov is a WONDERFUL doctor. I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation for everything he does and has done. Having him as a doctor means I am going to have a brilliant doctor who is going to help me get to the healthiest place I can be. He isn’t going to toss meds at me to just mask. Jolene also has to be mentioned. She is also a wonderful care taker. I have no doubts that with Dr. Z and Jolene, my health is in good hands 🙂 Very knowledgeable and brilliant neurologist. I am very pleased with my experience with doctor Zubkov. He is the first doctor I’ve been to that has a whole body perspective and is focused on identifying the CAUSE of my health issues. I’m so grateful to have found him.
