I have over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. I feel it is important to do a careful evaluation in order to provide the best treatment . I often use a combination of manual therapy and exercise. Some of the techniques I use are: myofascial release, trigger point release, strain-counterstrain, and joint mobilization. I also often use biofeedback along with exercise to assist patients in learning to use the correct muscles and reduce overuse of muscles.

I am married with 3 children. I enjoy spending time traveling with my family. My hobbies include: reading, baking, photo scrapbooking, biking, hiking, swimming and skiing.
